The date, type, place and time of the posters and oral presentations can be identified from the program code.
Oral Presentations - Plenary Sessions
Using the format DDTRP## (e.g. MOA3O01)
- First two letters indicate the day (DD) of the week:
- MO, TU, WE, TH, FR
- The third character indicates the time (T) of day for Oral presentations:
- A (Before morning coffee)
- B (After morning coffee)
- C (Before afternoon coffee)
- D (After afternoon coffee
NB K indicates Keynote session (first session on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) and O Opening session (Monday)
- The fourth character indicates the room (R)
- 3 (Plenary 3)
- The fifth character indicates the type of Presentation (P):
- O (Contributed oral)
- I (Invited oral)
- Finally, the sequence number within the session (##)
Example: MOA3O01 - Monday, session in the morning before coffee, in Plenary 3, first contributed oral
Oral Presentations - Parallel Sessions
Using the format DDHTRP## (e.g. THHA2O01)
- First two letters indicate the day (DD) of the week:
- TH
- The third character H indicates that it is a parallel session
- The fourth character indicates the time (T) of day for Oral presentations:
- A (Before morning coffee)
- B (After morning coffee)
- C (Before afternoon coffee)
- D (After afternoon coffee
- The fifth character indicates the room (R)
- 2 (Level 2 - Room 212 & 213)
- 3 (Plenary 3)
- The sixth character indicates the type of Presentation (P):
- O (Contributed oral)
- I (Invited oral)
- Finally, the sequence number within the session (##)
Example: THHA2O01- Thursday, parallel session in the morning before coffee, in Level 2 - Room 212 & 213, first contributed oral
Poster Presentations
Using the format DDPRR### (e.g. MOPGF001):
- First two letters indicate the day (DD) of the week:
- MO, WE
- The third character P indicates that it is a poster session
- The fourth and fifth characters indicate the room (RR)
- GF (Ground floor – Main Foyer 2 & 3)
- Finally, the sequence number within the session
Example: MOPGF001 - Monday, poster session, in Ground floor – Main Foyer 2 & 3, poster board no. 001
Posters with Mini-Oral Presentations
Using the format DDMRR## (e.g. MOM302):
- First two letters indicate the day (DD) of the week:
- MO, WE
- The third character M indicates that it is a poster with mini-oral presentation
- The fourth character indicates the room (R) where the mini-oral presentation will take place
- 3 (Plenary 3)
NB: These posters with mini-oral presentations do not have an indication in their presentation codes of the location where they will be displayed. These posters will be displayed together in the Ground floor – Main Foyer 2 & 3 poster area
- Finally, the sequence number within the session (##)
